Our Approach to Pricing
At Request Group, you always know what you're paying for. We charge a flat $80 call-out fee plus an hourly rate of $115, with a 2-hour minimum per visit. This ensures our team can complete most small jobs efficiently and professionally without rushing the work.
All pricing is exclusive of GST and does not include materials or parts, which are always quoted and approved before installation. For larger projects, a 40–50% deposit is preferred, with final payment due upon completion once photo proof has been supplied.
