Any call-out fees, hourly rates, or service minimums will be disclosed prior to work commencement or within quotations. Unless otherwise stated, a standard $80 call-out fee and 2-hour minimum apply for general maintenance services (excluding materials).
User Representations

- You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms;
- You will not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or violate any applicable Australian laws;
- You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems;

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate access to the Site for users who violate these Terms.
Bookings, Quotes and Payments

Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may vary based on site inspection, access, or material requirements.
Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed invoice terms. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Request Pty Ltd and its directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Site or services.
While we take every care in performing our services, we do not accept liability for:
